Compound feed RFQ template
Header: buyer identity, delivery port, monthly tonnage, currency. Body: species and stage (e.g. broiler starter 0–14 d), nutrient matrix (CP, ME, dLys, Met+Cys, Ca, aP, Na), physical form (mash/crumb/pellet, PDI target), mycotoxin limits, medication policy. Commercial: incoterms, payment, delivery window, contract duration, quality tolerance clauses.
Straight ingredient RFQ template
Product name (e.g. Soybean Meal 46% CP), origin, harvest year, minimum spec (protein, moisture, urease, KOH solubility, fibre), packaging (bulk / big bag / bag), quantity per shipment, shipping window, discharge port, incoterms, target CoA parameters.
Additive & premix RFQ template
Active ingredient and CAS number, guaranteed potency, carrier, particle size, packaging, batch traceability requirements, stability data required, regulatory registrations for destination country.

Cover letter
