The buyer portal is where procurement teams submit structured requirements for bulk finished feed, ingredients, premix and additive programmes, feed mill equipment and aquafeed extrusion lines — then follow the human review, supplier research and reviewed offers that follow.

The RFQ submission flow

  1. 1. Create a buyer account

    Procurement teams, farms, integrators and feed mills register with a work email, company name and country. Access to the RFQ workspace is free.

  2. 2. Define the requirement

    State the feed, ingredient, premix, additive or equipment requirement: specification, monthly tonnage or line capacity, destination, Incoterm, packaging and required certifications.

  3. 3. Submit the RFQ

    The structured RFQ is submitted to FeedMatch Group only. It is never broadcast automatically to suppliers or published on the site.

  4. 4. Human review and supplier research

    A FeedMatch reviewer checks the specification, volume, destination, regulatory requirements and timeline, then researches suppliers whose published capabilities and certifications match the requirement.

  5. 5. Track reviewed offers

    Approved responses appear in the portal with price basis, Incoterm, validity and specification so offers can be compared line by line before any introduction is made.

A FeedMatch reviewer researches suppliers against your requirement and loads reviewed offers into your portal, showing price basis, Incoterm, lead time and validity. Supplier identities stay private until a human introduction is agreed.

Yes. Creating a buyer account and submitting requirements is free for buying organisations.

Who should create an account?

Procurement teams at farms, integrators, feed mills, aquaculture producers and project developers running feed or feed-processing purchases from USD $250,000 upwards.
