Aquafeed extrusion line suppliers

An aquafeed extrusion line is not a single machine. It is grinding to micro-fineness, preconditioning, the extruder itself, the drying line, vacuum coating and cooling, sized around floating, slow-sinking or sinking pellets and the oil inclusion your formulas need.

Specify before requesting quotations

Pellet type: floating, slow-sinking or sinking, and target durability
Pellet size range in mm, including micro-pellet and shrimp sizes
Capacity per pellet size (capacity drops sharply at small diameters)
Oil inclusion percentage and whether vacuum coating is required
Moisture and drying targets, dryer fuel source and heat recovery
Grinding fineness upstream and post-extrusion cooling capacity
