Which law governs the FeedMatch Group platform?

All legal documents on feedmatchgroup.com are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with use of the platform.

Is financing on the platform guaranteed?

No. Financing opportunities on FeedMatch Group are offered exclusively by independent third-party financial institutions and are always subject to their approval, due diligence and internal policies. FeedMatch Group does not provide financial services and does not guarantee financing approval.

How do you handle personal data under GDPR?

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR-equivalent framework of the Republic of Cyprus. Legal bases, retention periods, transfers, subprocessors and data-subject rights are described in the Privacy Policy. Data-protection enquiries: privacy@feedmatchgroup.com.

How do I report fraud, IP infringement or a security vulnerability?

Can FeedMatch Group suspend or terminate a user or RFQ?

Yes. FeedMatch Group reserves the right to review, request documentation, refuse, restrict, suspend or permanently terminate any user, listing or RFQ involving fraud, fake companies, identity theft, false farm information, animal welfare violations, counterfeit products, sanctions or export-control violations, money laundering, terrorist financing, corruption, IP infringement or marketplace abuse, where appropriate and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
