This Disclaimer supplements our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the Terms of Use prevail. FeedMatch Group is operated from the Republic of Cyprus and is part of the Global B2B Group ecosystem.

1. Independent, managed procurement service

• FeedMatch Group is an independent, human-led procurement service for businesses buying animal feed, feed ingredients, additives and feed-production plant and equipment. The team reviews requests, contacts suppliers on the buyer's behalf and compares their offers.
• Under the current service FeedMatch Group does not sell or manufacture animal feed, ingredients or feed-processing equipment.
• FeedMatch Group orders and shortlists offers on fit with each buyer's written requirement. That is not a general ranking, an endorsement or a certification of any supplier; suppliers cannot pay for placement.
• FeedMatch Group does not guarantee technical performance, feed safety outcomes, pricing, lead times or commercial results.
• Information published on the platform is provided solely to support procurement planning and informed decision-making.
• Customers remain responsible, to the extent the applicable law provides, for engineering design, technical verification, veterinary and feed-safety review, regulatory compliance and commercial due diligence before entering into any agreement with a supplier, logistics provider, financier or other third party.
• Global B2B Group and its platforms, including FeedMatch Group, are committed to conducting their own activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Each participant is responsible for the legal requirements that apply to its own role: suppliers, producers and exporters for ensuring that the products and shipments they offer and supply meet the product, safety, quality, registration, certification, labelling, traceability, sanitary or phytosanitary, export, customs and documentation requirements of the origin and destination countries, where relevant; buyers and importers for their own import permissions, local requirements and due diligence. Requirements differ by product and jurisdiction. This allocation applies as far as the applicable law allows; it does not exempt anyone, including FeedMatch Group, from legal duties, does not confirm any supplier's compliance and is not legal advice. 2. Technical content

• Technical articles, calculators, benchmarks, comparisons, checklists, tools and planning resources are provided for general informational purposes only.
• They do not replace professional engineering advice, site-specific design, nutrition formulation and feed safety assessments, veterinary review, feed safety assessments, regulatory compliance reviews or animal-welfare evaluations by qualified professionals.
• Outputs of calculators are estimates based on user inputs and generic assumptions. Actual performance depends on site conditions, genetics, feed, product selection, installation quality, operating regime and management practices.

3. Financing content

• Financing information is provided for informational purposes only.
• FeedMatch prepares procurement project information and does not issue loans or make credit decisions. It does not guarantee approval, funding availability or terms. Legal classification and licensing requirements need qualified jurisdiction-specific counsel review.
• No provider relationship or availability is currently verified. Any future financing decision belongs solely to an independent provider following its own assessment. Financial-data transfers remain blocked pending specific consent and review.
• Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation to enter into any financing, credit, investment or insurance transaction.

4. Third-party information

Supplier information, product data, prices, lead times, certifications, images and third-party references come from the respective third parties or from public sources. FeedMatch may record and look at documents a supplier provides and check a public register where one is available; that is not certification, testing or a guarantee, and items it has not checked stay labelled as supplier declarations. Prices, estimates, market intelligence, calculator results, translations and AI outputs are indicative and may be incomplete or out of date. Verify before you rely: confirm specifications, certificates and commercial terms in the supplier's written offer and with your own qualified advisers before making any decision.

5. No professional relationship

Use of this platform does not create an engineering, veterinary, legal, financial, tax or advisory relationship between the user and FeedMatch Group. For binding advice, engage a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

7. What FeedMatch Group is not

FeedMatch Group is an independent, human-led, supplier-neutral B2B feed procurement service. FeedMatch Group is not a feed mill, ingredient producer, additive manufacturer, veterinarian, engineering company, equipment manufacturer, installer, premix supplier, additive supplier, logistics provider, insurer or financing institution. FeedMatch Group is not responsible for feed performance, nutritional outcomes, animal productivity, feed conversion or production results. Buyers are solely responsible for farm management, feed safety, veterinary supervision and compliance with all applicable local regulations.

8. AI-generated content

Some content, matching, translations, summaries and calculator outputs may be generated or assisted by artificial-intelligence tools. AI outputs are informational only, may be inaccurate or outdated, and do not constitute professional engineering, veterinary, legal, tax or financial advice. Always verify AI outputs with qualified professionals before acting.

9. Third-party services

The platform uses third-party hosting, authentication, analytics and messaging services. Educational references to financing do not establish a provider integration, relationship or available funds. Financial-provider transfers are not enabled; provider identity and safeguards require verification before separate consent.

10. Governing law

This Disclaimer are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the competent courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction [governing law, court and any exclusivity to be confirmed by counsel]. If, despite these terms, you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply and are not affected.
