Can you source replacement equipment outside normal business hours?
Our urgent request form is always open for intake. Supplier outreach and quote preparation happen during business hours, but we flag genuine emergencies to regional stockists and distributors for the fastest possible response.
Do you handle shipping and customs for urgent orders?
We coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to outline air, sea and road options with Incoterms, lead-times and tracking milestones. Final customs clearance and import compliance remain the buyer's responsibility.
Is financing available for emergency procurement?
Financing may be explored on a case-by-case basis through an independent third-party financing provider. All financing remains subject to eligibility, country regulations and third-party approval.
Do I need a formal RFQ for urgent procurement?
