Feed Consultant Partner Program
We do not replace the consultant. FeedMatch Group supports feed and nutrition consultants behind the scenes with supplier sourcing, RFQ preparation, feed mill equipment matching, ingredient and premix sourcing, formulation tools and financing direction — while you keep control of the client relationship.
Short answer: A feed consultant partner program is a structured arrangement in which an independent sourcing platform prepares RFQs and shortlists qualified third-party suppliers on the consultant's behalf, while the consultant stays client-facing. FeedMatch Group runs that support for feed, ingredient, additive, premix and feed-processing projects from USD $250K+.

How it works
You send the project brief
Submit your client's requirement through the consultant intake form — feed mill capacity, premix or ingredient volumes, additive scope, budget band and timeline. Client identity is optional; a coded reference is enough to start.
We prepare the RFQ package
We turn the brief into a structured RFQ suppliers can quote against: scope of supply, capacity and specification tables, Incoterms, packaging, documentation and inspection requirements.
We source and shortlist suppliers
We approach qualified third-party suppliers across feed mill equipment, ingredients, premixes and additives, and return a comparable shortlist with scope differences made explicit.
You present, we support
You present the options to your client under your own name if you prefer. We stay behind the scenes for technical clarification, revised quotations, financing direction and follow-up.
You keep the client relationship
- — We will not bypass the consultant. The consultant remains the client-facing advisor unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- — Clients you introduce are registered to you. Repeat projects from the same client stay attributed to you for the term of the agreement.
- — Multiple concurrent clients are welcome — each project is tracked separately under one partner agreement.
- — White-label support is available: we can appear as your sourcing back office, or not appear at all.
- — A mutual NDA and a no-circumvention clause are signed before any client-identifying information is shared.
- — No exclusivity is required. You can keep working with your existing suppliers and use us only where you have a gap.
- — Commission is only earned on contracted, paid supply. There is no signup fee and no retainer.
What we support behind the scenes
Supplier sourcing support
Sourcing across compound feed, protein meals, energy grains, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, premixes and feed additives — supplier-neutral, with qualification criteria published openly.
See supplier qualification criteria →Feed mill and equipment RFQ support
Turnkey mills, grinding, mixing, pelleting, extrusion, dosing, packaging and storage — matched to capacity, product mix and site constraints, with CapEx bands per configuration.
Browse project solutions →Ingredient and premix sourcing
Recurring raw material and premix supply, incoming-QC references, inclusion-rate references and landed-cost views per trade lane so your recommendation survives procurement review.
Open ingredient intelligence →Formulation and calculator tools
Least-cost formulation aids, feed cost per tonne, mill CapEx and ROI, unit converters and ration references you can use inside your own client work.
Open the calculator hub →Financing direction
Introductions to independent third-party trade-finance and project-finance providers for qualifying projects. FeedMatch Group does not lend and does not provide financial advice.
Global Trade Finance Center →Documentation and QC references
Import documentation packs, incoming-QC test methods, storage and handling references and bid-document checklists your client's team can act on.
Procurement knowledge base →Partner commission model
Indicative framework only. Every partnership is confirmed in a written agreement — with a mutual NDA and a no-circumvention clause — before any introduction is made.
| Project band | Model | Indicative range | Payment trigger |
|---|---|---|---|
| Equipment & project scope USD $250K – $1M | Referral or success fee | Typically 2–4% of contracted supply value | Paid after the supplier is paid by the client for the milestone concerned |
| Equipment & project scope USD $1M – $5M | Project commission, tiered | Typically 1.5–3%, tapering as value rises | Paid per milestone as the contract is drawn down |
| Equipment & project scope above USD $5M | Negotiated strategic partnership | Agreed case by case, often with a fixed advisory component | Defined in the partnership agreement before the introduction |
| Recurring ingredient, premix or additive supply | Recurring supply commission | Typically 0.5–2% of shipped value for an agreed period | Paid per shipment settled, for the term set in the agreement |
