Feed Consultant Partner Program

We do not replace the consultant. FeedMatch Group supports feed and nutrition consultants behind the scenes with supplier sourcing, RFQ preparation, feed mill equipment matching, ingredient and premix sourcing, formulation tools and financing direction — while you keep control of the client relationship.

Short answer: A feed consultant partner program is a structured arrangement in which an independent sourcing platform prepares RFQs and shortlists qualified third-party suppliers on the consultant's behalf, while the consultant stays client-facing. FeedMatch Group runs that support for feed, ingredient, additive, premix and feed-processing projects from USD $250K+.

How it works

1

You send the project brief

Submit your client's requirement through the consultant intake form — feed mill capacity, premix or ingredient volumes, additive scope, budget band and timeline. Client identity is optional; a coded reference is enough to start.

2

We prepare the RFQ package

We turn the brief into a structured RFQ suppliers can quote against: scope of supply, capacity and specification tables, Incoterms, packaging, documentation and inspection requirements.

3

We source and shortlist suppliers

We approach qualified third-party suppliers across feed mill equipment, ingredients, premixes and additives, and return a comparable shortlist with scope differences made explicit.

4

You present, we support

You present the options to your client under your own name if you prefer. We stay behind the scenes for technical clarification, revised quotations, financing direction and follow-up.

You keep the client relationship

  • We will not bypass the consultant. The consultant remains the client-facing advisor unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Clients you introduce are registered to you. Repeat projects from the same client stay attributed to you for the term of the agreement.
  • Multiple concurrent clients are welcome — each project is tracked separately under one partner agreement.
  • White-label support is available: we can appear as your sourcing back office, or not appear at all.
  • A mutual NDA and a no-circumvention clause are signed before any client-identifying information is shared.
  • No exclusivity is required. You can keep working with your existing suppliers and use us only where you have a gap.
  • Commission is only earned on contracted, paid supply. There is no signup fee and no retainer.

Consultant partnership FAQ

What is a feed consultant partner program?
A feed consultant partner program is a structured arrangement in which an independent sourcing platform supports nutrition and feed mill consultants with supplier sourcing, RFQ preparation and supplier shortlists, while the consultant keeps the client relationship. At FeedMatch Group the consultant submits a project brief, we prepare the RFQ and source qualified third-party suppliers, and the consultant presents the options to their client.
How can animal nutrition consultants find verified suppliers?
Nutrition consultants can shortlist suppliers by defining the specification first — ingredient grade, guaranteed analysis, contaminant limits, packaging, Incoterm and documentation — and then screening candidates against published qualification criteria such as trading history, plant or origin audits, certification, test-report practice and reference volumes. FeedMatch Group runs that screening on the consultant's behalf and returns a comparable shortlist rather than a directory list.
How can feed mill consultants prepare better RFQs?
A quotable feed mill RFQ states target capacity in tonnes per hour by product type, the required process line (intake, cleaning, grinding, dosing, mixing, pelleting or extrusion, cooling, bagging, bulk out-loading), electrical and civil interfaces, automation level, Incoterm and delivery point, commissioning and training scope, and spare-parts expectations. Without those, quotations are not comparable. FeedMatch Group builds that package from the consultant's brief.
How does FeedMatch Group support consultants?
FeedMatch Group supports consultants behind the scenes with supplier sourcing, RFQ preparation, feed mill equipment matching, ingredient and premix sourcing, formulation and cost calculators, documentation references, and introductions to independent third-party finance providers. It is an independent B2B procurement and sourcing platform for feed projects from USD $250K+ and does not replace the consultant's advisory role.
Can consultants keep control of their client relationship?
Yes. The consultant remains the client-facing advisor unless agreed otherwise in writing. Support can be fully white-labelled, and a mutual NDA with a no-circumvention clause is signed before any client-identifying information is shared.
Does FeedMatch Group contact the consultant's client directly?
No — not unless the consultant asks for it in writing. Consultants can submit briefs using a coded client reference instead of a name. Where a consultant does want us on technical calls or in supplier correspondence, we join in the role the consultant defines.
How are partner commissions handled?
Commission is agreed in writing before any introduction and is earned only on contracted, paid supply. Indicative ranges are 2–4% on equipment and project scope between USD $250K and $1M, 1.5–3% tapering above USD $1M, and 0.5–2% on recurring ingredient, premix or additive supply for an agreed term. Payment is triggered per settled milestone or shipment.
Can FeedMatch Group help with feed mills, premix, ingredients and feed additives?
Yes. Scope covers turnkey and partial feed mill plants, grinding, mixing, pelleting, extrusion, dosing, packaging and storage equipment, plus bulk ingredients, protein meals, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, premixes and feed additives, including recurring supply contracts.
Can FeedMatch Group support poultry, aquaculture, ruminant and swine feed projects?
Yes. Project support spans poultry feed, aquafeed and extruded floating or sinking feed, ruminant and dairy concentrates, swine feed and pet food inputs, for commercial mills, integrators, cooperatives and institutional or NGO-funded programmes.
