Supplier Verification

Supplier qualification criteria.

FeedMatch Group is an independent B2B procurement and sourcing platform for commercial feed, ingredients, additives, premixes and feed-processing projects from USD $250K+. Suppliers are screened against documented criteria before they receive an RFQ. Screening is a fit and documentation check — it is not certification, endorsement, an audit, or a guarantee of feed safety, solvency, delivery, FCR or animal performance. Buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence.

Verified Supplier

Legal entity, direct contact, references and trading history checked against documents the supplier submits. This is a documentation screen, not an audit or certification.

  • Legal entity confirmed
  • Direct contact verified
  • Reference projects supplied
  • Active operations 12m+

Export Ready

Demonstrated export capability with documented incoterms, packaging and shipping experience.

  • Active export markets
  • Documented incoterms
  • Export packaging standards
  • Multi-language sales support

Financing Available

Supplier is open to structured payment terms or to working with independent third-party trade-finance providers. Approval and terms rest entirely with those providers.

  • Works with independent finance providers
  • Structured payment terms possible
  • Letter of credit accepted
  • Export project experience

Declared Certifications

Quality and feed-safety certifications the supplier declares (GMP+, FAMI-QS, ISO 9001/22000, HACCP). Certificates are issued and maintained by independent bodies, not by FeedMatch.

  • ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 or equivalent
  • GMP+ / FAMI-QS where applicable
  • CE / equivalent markings on equipment
  • Documented warranty and claim terms

What verification checks, and what it does not promise

Verification is a documentary review at a point in time: legal identity and registration, production or trading capability, validity of quality and food-safety certificates, export history and sanctions screening. It reduces counterparty risk. It does not guarantee lot quality, delivery performance or solvency, so contractual inspection and payment protection remain necessary.

Frequently asked

Does a verified supplier mean the shipment is safe?
No. Always contract independent inspection, agreed sampling and test methods, and a payment structure that releases funds against documents or inspection results.
Is FeedMatch Group a manufacturer, trader or lender?
None of those. FeedMatch Group is an independent B2B matching and procurement-intelligence platform. We structure the buyer brief, benchmark it, and route it to verified suppliers or service providers; contracts, goods and any financing sit between the buyer and the counterparty.
What size of project does the platform handle?
The platform is built around industrial feed procurement and feed-project scopes from roughly USD 250K upward, including recurring ingredient contracts, feed mill build-outs and equipment packages. Smaller enquiries are answered but are not the platform's focus.
