Requests are acknowledged on a business-day basis and reviewed as soon as the specification is complete. Supplier response timing and the number of offers depend on the product, specification, quantity, destination and supplier interest, so no fixed turnaround is promised.

For a claimed GMP+, FAMI-QS, ISO 22000 or HACCP certificate, FeedMatch records the issuer, certificate number, stated scope and expiry date and checks the issuing scheme's public register when one is available. A certificate that cannot be independently confirmed is treated only as a supplier declaration. This is not a factory audit and does not verify a batch, lot or analysis result; buyers must complete their own due diligence before contracting.

Buyers pay no fee and there is no obligation to buy. FeedMatch may be compensated by suppliers on completed transactions; that compensation does not affect which suppliers are shortlisted, and there is no paid ranking.

No. Prices, availability, lead times and delivery dates come from the supplier's own offer. Figures published in FeedMatch calculators and reference pages are indicative planning values, not quotations.

These figures are for the named regional dataset, not a universal corn specification or a guarantee for a shipment. Confirm moisture, origin and tested lot values before comparison.

No. A published ingredient average is not a finished-feed target or a batch result. Nutrient values, including vitamins and species-specific energy estimates, depend on ingredient grade, processing, storage and analytical method; energy systems are not interchangeable across species. Set your own required parameters and test the delivered lot, then have a qualified animal nutritionist approve any formulation. FeedMatch does not formulate diets or certify ingredient quality.

No. FeedMatch is not a lender, bank or credit provider. Where relevant, reviewed projects can be introduced to independent financing providers, subject to their own assessment and approval. Financing is never guaranteed.
