Work with us on a client project

Bring the project. Keep the relationship. Use our infrastructure. Send the brief below and a FeedMatch advisor reviews it, structures the requirement with you, prepares the RFQ and returns comparable third-party supplier or manufacturer proposals.

Short answer: Submit the client project brief — role, project country, species, capacity, stage, budget band and what you need. The inquiry is saved under a reference number and routed to a human advisor who replies within one to two business days. Your client's identity is optional and stays yours.

Two minutes. Your client's identity is optional — a coded reference is enough. Each submission is recorded and routed to a human advisor, not an automated bot.

How we work with you

FeedMatch Group is a supplier-neutral sourcing and procurement platform. We introduce qualified third-party suppliers and independent finance providers; we do not manufacture feed, sell equipment or lend. Technical recommendations remain with you.

Questions consultants ask first

Who is this intake form for?
Feed and nutrition consultants, feed mill and process engineers, production advisors, development and EPC advisers and procurement agents who are running a client project and want supplier-neutral procurement support behind their own work.
Do I have to name my client?
No. A coded reference such as 'Project A-17' is enough. FeedMatch does not contact your client unless you approve it in writing, and the option is off by default.
What happens after I submit the form?
The brief is stored against a reference number and routed to a FeedMatch advisor, who reviews it and replies within one to two business days with clarifying questions and the sourcing route being proposed. It is reviewed by a person, not an automated bot.
Does FeedMatch take over the client relationship?
No. The default setting on the form keeps you client-facing. FeedMatch supplies the procurement infrastructure — requirement structuring, RFQ preparation, supplier research and proposal organisation — while the technical recommendation and the relationship stay with you.
What project size is relevant?
FeedMatch is built around feed programmes and feed-production projects, and most qualified work is USD $250,000 and above. Smaller enquiries are still recorded, but the advisor will say plainly when a direct supplier route is the better answer.
What information should I include?
Species and feed type, target capacity or volume, project country, stage, timeline and indicative budget, plus what you want from us. If a specification, formula or layout already exists, say so — it shortens the first review considerably.
