Issue a specification-grade poultry equipment RFQ.
Publish one structured Request for Quote and receive comparable, spec-normalised offers from qualified suppliers. Every brief is reviewed by a poultry sourcing engineer before it reaches suppliers, so quotes come back on the same scope. Free for commercial buyers.
- Comparable quotes on identical scope, capacity and payment terms
- Specifications normalised for apples-to-apples evaluation
- Brief reviewed by a poultry sourcing engineer before release
- Introductions to independent financing partners for qualifying projects
- Free for buyers — funded by suppliers, no markup on quoted prices
Define the project
Bird type, capacity, climate zone, country, Incoterms and target commissioning window.
Set the scope
Broiler, layer, hatchery, feed mill, processing or turnkey EPC — one lot or several.
Brief review
A sourcing engineer confirms scope and technical assumptions within one business day before release.
Comparable offers
Typically 3–5 supplier proposals returned on identical scope in 2–5 business days, with a side-by-side comparison sheet.
Select scope
Choose the lots included in this RFQ. Multiple lots are supported.
Broiler farm
Pan feeders & nipple drinkers, tunnel ventilation, cooling pads, radiant/forced-air heating, climate controllers, LED lighting, biosecurity.
Layer farm
Enriched cages, aviary or cage-free, nest boxes, egg belts & collection, manure belts/removal, feeding & drinking lines, ventilation.
Hatchery
Single-stage / multi-stage setters, hatchers, chick handling, vaccination, hatchery climate, HVAC and biosecurity.
Feed mill
Intake & storage silos, grinding, mixing, pelleting & cooling, liquid dosing, bagging, weighbridge and mill automation.
Processing plant
Stunning, plucking, evisceration, chilling, cut-up, deboning, packaging, chilled and frozen storage.
Turnkey project
Full EPC — house construction, complete equipment package, generators & solar, water treatment, biosecurity and commissioning.
Commercial and turnkey poultry projects rarely stop at one equipment line. Tick any sub-systems below and we roll them into a single, spec-normalised RFQ — so quotes come back on identical scope instead of arriving as fragments from six different suppliers.

What the RFQ builder needs — and what happens next
The RFQ builder collects the fields suppliers must have before they can quote comparably: product and form, specification with tolerances, tonnage, packaging, destination, Incoterm, certification and payment terms. It produces one structured request per requirement, which FeedMatch routes to independent suppliers. FeedMatch does not quote, resell or add margin.
What information you need
- Product, form and grade for each line item.
- Nutritional or technical specification with acceptable tolerances.
- Tonnage per shipment and expected annual volume.
- Packaging: bulk, big bags, 25 kg bags or containerized.
- Destination port or delivery site plus the Incoterm.
- Required certifications and documents (GMP+, FAMI-QS, ISO 22000, HACCP, halal, COA, phytosanitary).
- Payment terms and any tender or contract deadline.
What happens next
- 1Completeness review. We check the request and come back with the specific questions suppliers would otherwise ask.
- 2Supplier matching. The RFQ is routed to independent suppliers that already serve that product, volume and destination market.
- 3Offers returned. Suppliers issue their own offers and documentation; nothing is marked up or rewritten.
- 4Comparison and contract. Offers are normalized to one basis for spec, landed cost and lead time; you contract directly with the supplier you select.
Your RFQ goes to independent suppliers only. FeedMatch does not quote against your own request.
Common questions about this step
- What information does the RFQ builder require?
- Product and form, specification with tolerances, tonnage per shipment and per year, packaging, destination and Incoterm, required certifications and documentation, and payment terms.
- What happens after I submit the RFQ?
- The request is reviewed for completeness, routed to independent suppliers that serve that product and market, and their offers are normalized to the same specification, unit and Incoterm for comparison.
- Does FeedMatch quote the price itself?
- No. Suppliers issue their own offers and contract directly with the buyer. FeedMatch structures the requirement and does not add margin to supplier quotations.
