Is the RFQ Builder free for buyers?

Yes. Farms, integrators and project owners pay nothing. Suppliers fund the platform; there is no markup applied to quoted prices.

How many quotes will I receive?

Typically 3–5 offers on identical scope. Availability depends on capacity, geography and Incoterms — some briefs return fewer proposals when the specification is narrow.

How are quotes made comparable?

The sourcing engineer normalises each proposal against the released specification: capacity, materials, control systems, warranty, delivery terms and payment schedule are aligned so total-cost-of-ownership can be compared like-for-like.

What is the typical response time?

First matched offers usually arrive within 2–5 business days after brief release. Complex EPC packages can take 2–3 weeks.

Do you provide financing?

No. FeedMatch is a sourcing platform, not a lender. Qualifying projects are introduced, with buyer consent, to independent financing partners. All approvals, pricing and underwriting are decided solely by those partners.

The RFQ builder collects the fields suppliers must have before they can quote comparably: product and form, specification with tolerances, tonnage, packaging, destination, Incoterm, certification and payment terms. It produces one structured request per requirement, which FeedMatch routes to independent suppliers. FeedMatch does not quote, resell or add margin.

What information you need

Product, form and grade for each line item.
Nutritional or technical specification with acceptable tolerances.
Tonnage per shipment and expected annual volume.
Packaging: bulk, big bags, 25 kg bags or containerized.
Destination port or delivery site plus the Incoterm.
Required certifications and documents (GMP+, FAMI-QS, ISO 22000, HACCP, halal, COA, phytosanitary).
Payment terms and any tender or contract deadline.
