Sealed retained samples held by both parties

Transport, storage & intake

Heated tank, flexitank or drum packaging specified with temperature limits
Previous cargo of the tank verified and cleaning certificate obtained
Nitrogen blanketing or headspace management agreed where applicable
On-site tank cleaning, dedicated lines and turnover rate confirmed
Intake FFA and sensory check recorded before discharge into the tank
