DDGS quality is defined by the ethanol plant's drying and oil-extraction practice. Two lots at the same protein can behave very differently, so contract the process, not only the analysis.

Reference retained sample agreed as the colour and quality benchmark
Amino acid profile tested on first lots from any new plant
Mycotoxin screening on every shipment during high-risk crop years
Sampling across the load, not from the top of the pile

Logistics & storage

Flowability and bridging risk considered for the silo and unloading system
Moisture limit set to prevent caking in transit
Container or hold cleanliness and previous cargo verified
Intake check for burnt smell, dark spots and clumping documented
