These Buyer Terms apply to any user who submits an RFQ, requests information or engages a supplier through FeedMatch Group. They supplement the Terms of Service. FeedMatch Group is an independent marketplace and is not a party to any supply, EPC or financing contract concluded between buyer and supplier.

1. Eligibility

You represent that you are 18+, act on behalf of a bona fide commercial animal feed, livestock or aquaculture business, and provide accurate, current and lawful information about your identity, company, project, capacity, location and end-use.

2. Independent decision-making

You are solely responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, certifications, references, pricing, delivery, warranty and after-sales terms, and for conducting your own feed formulation, veterinary, feed-safety, legal, tax, insurance, environmental, animal-welfare and regulatory due diligence in every relevant jurisdiction.

3. Feed handling & safety

You are solely responsible for feed sourcing decisions, storage and handling, veterinary supervision, animal health, on-farm feeding management, waste management, labour, licences, permits and regulatory compliance. FeedMatch Group is not responsible for feed performance, nutritional outcomes, animal productivity, feed conversion or production results.

4. Import, customs & taxes

You are responsible for import licences, customs duties, VAT, sanctions screening and any local certification of imported equipment or livestock.

5. Contracts with suppliers

Any binding contract for equipment, installation, service or financing is concluded directly between you and the supplier or financing partner you choose. Read and negotiate their terms carefully. FeedMatch Group is not a broker of record and does not warrant any supplier commitment.

6. Financing introductions

Financing introductions, if any, are made to independent third-party financing partners. Approval, terms and conditions are determined solely by the financing partner and are subject to their eligibility, credit, compliance and KYC checks. FeedMatch Group does not guarantee financing.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared with suppliers through the marketplace should be limited to what is necessary for quoting. FeedMatch Group applies reasonable technical measures to protect submissions but cannot guarantee supplier confidentiality practices; consider NDAs for sensitive project information.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use the platform to submit fake, misleading or fraudulent RFQs, to benchmark prices without genuine sourcing intent, to circumvent platform fees, to obtain proprietary supplier catalogues, or in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, sanctions or export-control laws.

9. Enforcement

FeedMatch Group may review, request documentation, restrict, suspend or terminate any buyer account or RFQ where appropriate, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Buyer Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.
