What this form needs — and what happens next
This intake captures one requirement in the format suppliers can quote against: species, product, specification, tonnage, packaging, destination, Incoterm and contact details. Complete requirements produce comparable offers; incomplete ones produce guesses. After submission the request is reviewed, then routed to independent suppliers who respond with their own offers.
What information you need
- Company name, country and a working business contact.
- Species and production stage, or the exact ingredient and grade.
- Specification with tolerances (protein, moisture, assay, particle size as relevant).
- Tonnage per shipment and annual volume.
- Packaging and destination port or delivery site.
- Incoterm, target timing and required certifications or documents.
What happens next
- 1Acknowledgement. The request is logged and acknowledged on a business-day basis.
- 2Review. We check for missing fields and come back with the specific questions suppliers will ask.
- 3Routing to suppliers. The structured RFQ goes to independent suppliers matching the category, capacity, certification scope and destination.
- 4Offers and comparison. Supplier offers are normalized to the same specification, unit and Incoterm; you select a supplier and contract directly.
Buyers pay no fee and there is no obligation to buy. You contract directly with the supplier you select.

- What happens after I submit this form?
- The request is acknowledged, reviewed for completeness, and routed to independent suppliers that serve that product and market. They issue their own offers, which are normalized for comparison.
- How long does it take to get offers?
- There is no fixed turnaround. Supplier response timing and the number of offers depend on the product, specification, quantity, destination and supplier interest. A complete specification is the largest factor in how quickly comparable offers come back.
- Does it cost anything to submit a request?
- Buyers pay no fee and there is no obligation to buy. FeedMatch may be compensated by suppliers on completed transactions, which does not affect shortlisting.
