Product forms that matter
Vitamin A acetate 500/1000 CWS, D3 500, E-50 adsorbate, K3 MSB/MPB/MNB, riboflavin 80%, niacin, calcium pantothenate, B12 1%, folic acid, biotin 2%, choline chloride 60/70/75%.
Stability losses
Expect 10–30% loss during pelleting and 3–6 months storage. Overages are formulated in — never assume label = delivered.
Premix design
Micro-carrier selection, particle size, mixing sequence and antioxidant use determine premix uniformity. FAMI-QS certification is the baseline.
Supplier qualification
Audit the raw-material source (not just the premix plant), request CoA per lot and validate against independent lab results twice a year.
