Supplier application FAQ

Who can apply to join the FeedMatch supplier network?
Feed manufacturers, ingredient producers, additive and premix companies, traders, feed mill equipment manufacturers, logistics providers and laboratories that can serve commercial farm and aquaculture buyers with verified quality.
How does the review work?
Every application is reviewed personally by our team — no automated approval. We check your product range, export markets, capacity and certifications, and may contact you for registration documents or references during the verification stage.
How long does a decision take?
Most applications receive a first response within three business days. Verification of certifications and references can add a few days depending on how quickly documents are provided.
How do I track my application?
When you submit, you receive a reference (SUP-…). Enter it with your application email in the status tracker on this page to see exactly which review stage you are in — submitted, under review, verification, approved or declined.
What happens after approval?
Approved companies receive a Supplier Code and become active in the FeedMatch supplier network. You then receive matched, pre-qualified buyer enquiries — every buyer requirement is reviewed by a human before it reaches you.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying and being reviewed is free. FeedMatch earns from completed procurement projects, not from listing fees, so supplier selection stays neutral.
