1. Platform IP

The FeedMatch Group platform — including its code, design, layout, look-and-feel, database structure, editorial content, guides, calculators, comparison tables, taxonomies, trademarks, logos and the "FeedMatch" name — is owned by or licensed to FeedMatch Group (part of the Global B2B Group ecosystem) and is protected under Cyprus, EU and international IP law. All rights are reserved.

2. User content licence

Users retain ownership of content they submit. Users grant FeedMatch Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, translate, adapt, publish, transmit, index, excerpt and display user content solely to operate, promote and protect the marketplace, and for the duration necessary for those purposes. Users represent they own or have all rights necessary to grant that licence.

3. Trademarks of third parties

Third-party trademarks, brand names, model numbers and product images referenced on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is descriptive or nominative and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, distribution or authorised-dealer status.

4. Notice of infringement

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright or trademark rights, send a written notice to ip@feedmatchgroup.com containing:

• Your full name, company, address, email, phone.
• Identification of the protected work or mark and the registration where applicable.
• The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or duly authorised to act on their behalf, and that the use is not authorised.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

5. Counter-notice

A user whose content has been removed may submit a counter-notice to ip@feedmatchgroup.com including identifying information, the URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus. FeedMatch Group may restore content where appropriate.

6. Repeat infringers

FeedMatch Group will, where appropriate, terminate accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.

7. Reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Nothing on the platform grants any licence to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, decompile, scrape, index (other than by permitted search engines) or create derivative works of platform content, other than as expressly permitted.

8. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.
