Structure by risk
Group questions under contamination control, process control, traceability, storage, documentation and change management. This maps the answers directly to the risks the buyer is trying to reduce.
Handling incomplete responses
A partial response is information. Record what was not provided, assign a follow-up owner and a date, and treat unresolved items as open risk in the sourcing decision rather than as a neutral blank.
