ISO 22000 Food Safety Management
ISO 22000 specifies requirements for a food safety management system, combining interactive communication, system management, prerequisite programmes and HACCP principles. FSSC 22000 is a GFSI-recognised scheme built on ISO 22000 plus sector-specific PRPs (ISO/TS 22002 series) and additional requirements.
