Scope
- WOAH (OIE) Terrestrial Code — animal health and welfare
- Codex Alimentarius — food-safety principles and MRLs
- GFSI-recognised schemes: FSSC 22000, BRCGS, IFS, SQF
- Halal (JAKIM, GCC, MUI etc.) and Kosher certification
- Environmental / sustainability (ISO 14001, IFC Performance Standards)
Key requirements
- Named coordinator per scheme with training records
- Documented policies, procedures and internal audits
- Third-party audits by an accredited certifier
