India Manufacturer Partnership — Registration for Indian Feed Equipment, Additive & Ingredient Producers

How does an Indian manufacturer register with FeedMatch?

An Indian manufacturer submits company, product-scope and export details through the supplier registration form. FeedMatch manually reviews the company registration (including GST and, where applicable, IEC details), manufacturing scope, export history and quality documentation. Approved manufacturers are recorded under a confirmed scope and are introduced only to buyer projects that match it.

Indian manufacturers supply feed milling machinery, pellet and extrusion lines, feed additives, premixes and protein meals to projects across Africa, the Middle East, South-East Asia and beyond. What holds many of them back in export tenders is not capability but documentation: buyers cannot tell from an enquiry whether they are speaking to the producing factory. This registration programme records manufacturing scope and export evidence once, so Indian factories are matched to reviewed projects rather than competing blind.

Who this programme is for

  • Feed mill equipment manufacturers — grinding, dosing, mixing, conditioning, pelleting, extrusion, cooling, bagging and bulk loadout.
  • Turnkey feed plant builders with their own engineering, installation and commissioning teams.
  • Feed additive manufacturers — amino acids, vitamins, enzymes, acidifiers, binders, probiotics and phytogenics.
  • Ingredient and protein-meal producers with export documentation experience.
  • Automation, control-system, weighing and silo/storage manufacturers serving feed production lines.

Who this programme is not for

  • Trading companies presenting another factory's production as their own.
  • Catalogue resellers and drop-shipping platforms without manufacturing scope.
  • Companies unwilling to share registration documents or factory details under review.
  • Suppliers seeking buyer contact lists rather than project-matched enquiries.

What we review

Nothing below is published without your agreement. It is used to verify that the company manufactures what it offers and can execute an export project.

Company registration, GST and (for exporters) IEC detailsConfirms the legal entity and that production is the registered activity.
Factory location, floor area and production capabilityLets projects be matched to realistic production and lead-time expectations.
Product range and technical specification sheetsDefines the scope you are introduced for, so enquiries stay relevant.

After-sales, spare-parts and commissioning capabilityIndustrial buyers weigh this as heavily as equipment price.

How registration works

  1. 1. Submit the registration form

Company details, product categories, export markets and a short description of your manufacturing scope.

  2. 2. Manual review

FeedMatch reviews the documentation and may request clarification on scope, capability or references. No approval is automatic.

  3. 3. Scope confirmation

We agree in writing which categories you are registered under, so you are not introduced to unrelated projects.

  4. 4. Network registration

Approved manufacturers are recorded in the supplier network with their verified scope.

  5. 5. Matched project introductions

When a reviewed buyer project matches your scope, the technical requirement is presented already structured.

What registration gives you

Project-matched enquiries

You are approached for projects that fit your registered scope, not unfiltered enquiries.

Requirements already structured

Species, capacity, process route, storage and automation level arrive defined, so quoting is faster.

Verified manufacturer status

Documented manufacturing scope separates you from trading intermediaries in front of buyers.

No listing fee

Registration costs nothing. You invest time only when a matched project is presented.

Rules of the programme

  • FeedMatch is supplier-neutral: registration does not buy ranking, exclusivity or placement.
  • No order volume, enquiry count or revenue is promised at any stage.
  • Buyer identities are shared only after both sides agree to proceed.
  • Registered scope must stay accurate; misrepresenting manufacturing capability ends the registration.
  • FeedMatch is not a lender, trading company or agent of record for any manufacturer.

Frequently asked questions

Is registration free for Indian manufacturers?

Yes. There is no registration or listing fee. The submission is reviewed manually and, if approved, the manufacturer is recorded in the supplier network. Time is invested only when a matched project is presented.

Can a trading company register?

The programme is built for manufacturers. A trading company may be considered only where it is transparent about that role and can document a stable relationship with the producing factory.

Which documents are reviewed?

Company registration with GST and, for exporters, IEC details; factory and production information; product specification sheets; export history; and any quality certifications held. Certifications are recorded exactly as held.

Will my company be published in a public directory?

No manufacturer is published without agreement. Registration is primarily used for internal matching; public profile visibility is a separate, optional step.

Does registration guarantee orders or enquiries?

No. FeedMatch promises relevance, not volume. There is no paid ranking, no exclusivity for sale and no promise of order numbers or revenue.

How long does the review take?

It depends on how complete the submission is. Applications with clear registration documents, specification sheets and export references move fastest; incomplete submissions wait for clarification.

Register your factory

Submit your manufacturing scope, product categories and export markets. The review is manual and the outcome is a clear registered scope — or a clear explanation of what is missing.

Other editions of this programme

Every registration and every feed project request is reviewed manually by David / FeedMatch Group, and supplier introductions are made only after internal approval. FeedMatch Group is an independent procurement intermediary — not a feed manufacturer, equipment seller or lender.
