Universal package (every feed shipment)
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (or airway bill), Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) per batch, Health/Veterinary Certificate, phytosanitary certificate for plant-origin ingredients, fumigation certificate for bulk grains.
China (GACC)
Register the foreign facility in GACC Decree 248; ensure the CIQ code on labels matches the registration; provide GACC-format CoA and health certificate.
Saudi Arabia (SFDA)
SFDA facility registration, Saudi conformity certificate (SASO), halal certification from an approved body, Arabic-language product labels.
European Union
TRACES-NT pre-notification, EU-approved veterinary certificate templates, EUDR due-diligence statement (from 2026 for palm, soy), GMP+ FSA compliance chain.
GMO status
IP (identity-preserved) documentation with segregation certificates from origin. For non-GMO SBM/corn, EU segregated certification is the market standard.
Sanctions & sourcing
Confirm origin is not on your jurisdiction's sanctions list; document any transshipment through third-country ports.
