蛋白粕与替代蛋白
Protein meals are the ingredient class that supplies most of the amino acids in a compound feed — soybean meal, rapeseed/canola meal, sunflower meal, cottonseed meal, fish meal, poultry by-product meal and emerging alternatives such as insect and single-cell protein. They are bought on crude protein, amino acid profile and digestibility rather than on protein percentage alone, because two meals with identical crude protein can differ by more than ten percentage points in digestible lysine.
能量原料与谷物
Energy ingredients — maize, wheat, barley, sorghum, cassava, wheat bran, DDGS, molasses and feed fats and oils — supply the metabolisable energy that drives growth and production, and typically account for the largest share of a compound feed by both weight and cost. They are bought on energy value, moisture, mycotoxin status and physical condition, because energy density is only useful if the grain arrives dry, clean and free of storage damage.
纤维与粗饲料
Fibre ingredients — alfalfa and grass products, beet pulp, soy hulls, wheat and rice bran, citrus pulp, palm kernel expeller and straw-based products — are bought to manage gut function, rumen health and feed structure rather than to supply nutrients. They are specified on fibre fractions (NDF, ADF, lignin), moisture and contamination, because the functional value of fibre depends on its physical form and digestibility, not on the crude fibre number alone.
矿物质与微量元素
Feed minerals cover macro minerals (calcium, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium) and trace elements (zinc, copper, iron, manganese, selenium, iodine, cobalt) supplied as inorganic salts, oxides or organic and chelated forms. They are bought on guaranteed element content, bioavailability and heavy-metal purity, because a mineral source is only as good as the fraction the animal absorbs and only as safe as its contaminant profile allows.
维生素与预混料
Feed vitamins are fat-soluble (A, D3, E, K3) and water-soluble (B group, C) micro-ingredients supplied as stabilised, coated or spray-dried products and usually delivered inside a premix. They are bought on potency at delivery rather than at production, because vitamin activity decays with time, heat, moisture, trace-mineral contact and pelleting — meaning the specification must cover stability, packaging and shelf life, not just assay.
饲料氨基酸
Feed-grade amino acids — L-lysine, DL-methionine and its hydroxy analogue, L-threonine, L-tryptophan, L-valine and L-arginine — are fermentation or synthesis products used to meet exact amino acid requirements while lowering total crude protein. They are bought on purity, isomer form and product basis, because the same nominal amino acid is traded in several concentrations and chemical forms that are not interchangeable tonne for tonne.
饲料添加剂
Feed additives are low-inclusion functional ingredients — enzymes, probiotics and prebiotics, organic and inorganic acids, mycotoxin binders, antioxidants, mould inhibitors, phytogenics, emulsifiers, pellet binders and flavours — bought for a defined technical effect rather than for nutrient supply. They are the most regulation-sensitive category in feed procurement: authorisation status at the destination, documented efficacy and stability under mill conditions matter more than price per kilogram.
特种原料与幼畜原料
Specialty ingredients are high-value, low-volume materials used mainly in young animal, aquaculture and high-performance diets: milk powders and whey products, plasma and blood proteins, fish oils and marine lipids, hydrolysates, yeast products, functional peptides and encapsulated nutrients. They are bought on functional performance and biosecurity documentation rather than on nutrient tables, and they carry the strictest traceability and cold-chain requirements in feed procurement.
