Dosing is where formulation cost control and nutritional accuracy are actually delivered. A well-designed system separates streams by scale range: a large macro scale for cereals and meals, a small high-resolution micro scale for additives, and metered liquid lines for fat, molasses and enzymes. Each stream gets its own accuracy specification and its own calibration procedure.
