Aquafeed sourcing for working aquaculture farms
Send one structured aquafeed requirement and we review it manually before approaching suppliers. Extruded fish feed, shrimp micro-pellets, hatchery and grow-out diets — priced per tonne, delivered to your farm or port.
Start a feed RFQAquafeed is bought on specification, not on brand. Water stability, pellet size, protein and lipid level, digestible energy and expected FCR determine whether an offer is genuinely comparable — two quotations that look close on price per tonne can differ by 15% on cost per kilo of fish produced.
This hub collects the requirement first: species and life stage, pellet sizes, monthly tonnage, delivery point and Incoterm, packaging and storage limits. A person reviews it, normalises it into an RFQ and only then approaches suppliers who can actually serve that volume and market.
What this hub sources
Extruded grow-out feed
Floating or sinking pellets for tilapia, catfish, carp, seabass, seabream and salmonids — 2 mm to 12 mm, protein typically 28–48%.
Shrimp feed
Sinking micro-pellets and crumbles for post-larvae through grow-out, with water stability and attractant requirements stated explicitly.
Hatchery and nursery diets
Starter crumbles, micro-diets and weaning feeds where particle size distribution and sinking rate matter more than headline price.
Premix, additives and ingredients
Vitamin/mineral premix, amino acids, fish oil and fishmeal alternatives for farms or mills formulating their own diets.
