What we need from you — and what you get back.
Comparable feed offers come from a written requirement, not from a general enquiry. This page lists exactly what FeedMatch needs, and how each request is handled after you send it.
The six inputs we need
Species and production stage
Broilers, layers, swine, dairy, shrimp or fish — and the stage, because starter, grower and finisher specifications are not interchangeable.
Volume and cadence
Tonnes per delivery, deliveries per month and the period the requirement covers. Annual volume alone is not enough to price logistics.
Quality parameters
The parameters you will actually accept on arrival: protein, energy, moisture, pellet durability and any mandatory analysis. Values you do not have stay open rather than being assumed.
Packaging and Incoterm
Bulk, big bags or 25/50 kg bags, and the Incoterm you want quoted — FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP — so offers are comparable.
Destination and documentation
Discharge port or delivery site, inland leg, and the import registrations or certificates your authority requires.
Budget and timing
An indicative budget range and the decision timeline. FeedMatch works on commercial feed-production projects from US$250,000 upwards.
How your request is handled
Human review, not automation
Every request is read by our team. There is no open buyer–supplier marketplace and no automatic contact exposure.
First response within one business day
We confirm receipt and tell you what is missing before the request goes any further.
Supplier-neutral shortlisting
Suppliers are shortlisted against your written requirement. FeedMatch does not manufacture, trade or distribute feed.
Introductions only after approval
Your details are shared with a supplier only once you have approved that specific introduction.
Comparable offers
Offers are requested on the same specification, Incoterm and cadence, so the comparison is like-for-like.
What we will not do
We do not publish prices we cannot verify, invent supplier capacity or certifications, or guarantee commercial results.
Start from your market
Each country page carries the local sourcing picture and links to the FCR and annual feed budget calculators in the language its buyers work in.
World-scale integrators, domestic maize and soybean meal, throughput-led decisions.
Import-dependent grain base; pellet durability and grain reception drive the spec.
New-build poultry and feed capacity; FX and logistics shape the payment plan.
Large poultry base, imported maize and soybean meal, port and FX planning critical.
Europe's largest swine feed complex; energy per tonne and compliance lead the brief.
