Poultry engineering and project management — planning to commissioning.
Large poultry projects fail on execution, not on equipment. FeedMatch coordinates poultry engineering, contracting and project management for farms, hatcheries, feed mills and processing complexes — with bankable documentation that also unlocks international project financing.

Engineering scope we coordinate
1) Site master planning — plot layout, access, biosecurity perimeter, prevailing wind. 2) House and complex layout — house geometry, spacing, service roads. 3) Structural design — foundations, steel or concrete, wind and snow loads. 4) MEP — mechanical ventilation, electrical single-line, standby power, plumbing and water treatment. 5) Climate design — tunnel or cross ventilation, cooling pads, heaters. 6) Biosecurity zoning — clean/dirty separation, decontamination points. 7) Feed logistics — silo placement, augers, feed lines. 8) Manure and effluent — belts or scrapers, storage, drainage. 9) Permitting inputs — environmental, planning, animal welfare. 10) Equipment specification packages and RFQs.
Sub-projects we engineer
Broiler farms (turnkey and greenfield), layer farms (cage, enriched, aviary, free-range), breeder farms, hatcheries, pullet-rearing units, feed mills, processing plants, and integrated complexes combining several of the above on one site. Each sub-project has its own dedicated cost and specification page — see Related below.
Project management from planning to first bird
Stage 1 — Feasibility and concept: capacity, site screening, indicative CAPEX. Stage 2 — Basic engineering: layouts, specifications, RFQ pack. Stage 3 — Sourcing and contracting: comparative RFQs, supplier vetting, contracts and Incoterms. Stage 4 — Detailed engineering and civil works: for-construction drawings, foundations, structures. Stage 5 — Equipment delivery and installation supervision. Stage 6 — Commissioning, FAT/SAT, operator training and first flock.
Bankable engineering for financing
Equipment finance, project finance and export-credit facilities typically require bankable engineering documentation — feasibility, IRR modelling, technical specifications and supplier commitments. We coordinate engineering deliverables and financing review in parallel so both tracks close together. Financing is provided by an independent third-party partner and is subject to third-party approval.
Scope your project before engineering starts
Before locking engineering scope, right-size the project with our calculators — Bird Density, Ventilation, Heating, Cooling, Feed and Water Consumption, and ROI — then download the Planning Checklist to structure the RFQ. All linked under Related.
